Weekly cron workflow that reads the eToro trading account (read-only, via the etoro-public-api-mcp MCP server), computes week-over-week changes, and delivers a Markdown report (status / holdings / this-week activity + recommendation) via GET /portfolio and ntfy. Installs the official eToro skill at .pi/skills/. ETORO_USER_KEY is a Dockhand stack secret — seed it once after merge to activate (agent stays disabled with a boot warning until then).

Add a weekly cron workflow (portfolio-report) that reads the user's eToro
trading account read-only via the etoro-public-api-mcp MCP server, computes
week-over-week changes against a stored snapshot, and produces a Markdown
report (status, holdings, this week's activity) ending with a data-grounded
recommendation. Delivered via GET /portfolio (operator-gated) and an ntfy
push; POST /portfolio/trigger runs it on demand. Failed runs deliver a
degraded report instead of failing silently; the snapshot is only updated
on success.

Also installs the official eToro Public API skill at
.pi/skills/etoro-public-api-operations (v1.19.1) for agent sessions.

Read-only by design: the client registers no money-moving tools
(execute-write / prepare-* / place-* are not callable from this service),
credentials ride on MCP request headers only (never bodies/logs/prompts),
and the recommendation is labeled 'not financial advice'.

ETORO_USER_KEY is a Dockhand stack secret (isSecret:true, seeded
out-of-band, never sent by CI); without it the agent is disabled with a
boot warning and the appointment service is unaffected.
